For many years living in Europe, my focus slowly changed. At the beginning
I was more interested in materials, mediums, which could re-exam my identity.
Years after, I found out basically I am just a painter. Still images have their
own captivating power, which can speak by themselves. It's worthless for me to pursue.
Specially for recent years paintings is more and more marginalised in contemporary art field,
I believe that tradition could empower and revive paintings again. I'm working on it.
